Teacher means Guru in our Indian Society. Guru is more respective person than God. Jupiter is the Karak of education so it must be strong. Mercury is the karak of our knowledge. So the position of Mercury must be good. 04th house / lord and 05th house/ lord are karak of education and knowledge.
So we can say :

2. 05th house and its lord.
3. Mercury and Jupiter must be strong, well position, aspect and conjunction. Not in retrograde and combust.
